2025 marks the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Moscow and Jakarta. During this time, the countries have strengthened ties in many areas, including energy, education, trade, tourism, and military-technical cooperation. According to Ivan Belikov, an expert at the Center for China and East Asia at the RISS, Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto's visit to Russia on December 10 (incidentally, his second this year) points to broad prospects for further deepening bilateral cooperation.
