RISS Director Meets with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to Russia
On September 29th, RISS Director M. Fradkov held a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (SRV) to the Russian Federation Mr Dang Minh Khoi.
The event was also attended by the Counselor of the Embassy Ms Nguyen Thi Hong Nam and the First Secretary of the Embassy Ms Le Van Ha.
The parties discussed pressing issues of international and regional politics and bilateral relations between Russia and Vietnam within the framework of a comprehensive strategic partnership, including scientific cooperation. The head of the SRV diplomatic mission to Russia and the RISS Director emphasized the importance of interaction at the expert level.
