On October 31, Director of the Russian Institute for Strategic Studies Mikhail Fradkov hosted a discussion with H.E.Vinay Kumar, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to the Russian Federation.
During the meeting, the parties noted the high level of Russian-Indian strategic partnership, emphasizing the strong relationships between Moscow and New Delhi. The Director of RISS and the Ambassador of the Republic of India agreed together on the need to expand expert relations, which will contribute to further strengthening and deepening cooperation between the two countries.
