RISS signed a Memorandum of understanding with the Greek Institute for Geopolitical Studies
At the meeting
This Institute is one of the leading centers of Athens. Its sphere of scientific interests includes such issues as international relations, financial law, energy, and information technology.
The Memorandum was signed by RISS Director Leonid Reshetnikov and IGR Director Filippos Tsalidis. The document provides for bilateral scientific cooperation and joint discussions of RISS and IGR on key issues of international politics and economics. During the event Filippos Tsalidis presented a report on the theme: “The Second Cold War”.
