RISS discussed the progress of reforms aimed at building a "Fair Kazakhstan"
On June 30, the Russian Institute for Strategic Studies held a round table meeting on the “Problems and Prospects of Building a “Fair Kazakhstan”. The event was attended by employees of the Center for Post-Soviet Studies of the IMEMO, the Center for Central Asian Studies of the Institute of China and Contemporary Asia of the Russian Academy of Sciences, as well as specialized experts from RISS.
The participants of the round table noted the success of the reforms initiated by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, aimed at modernizing the country's political system, strengthening the economy of the republic, improving the well-being and quality of life of Kazakhstanis.
The experts discussed the state and prospects of comprehensive cooperation between Russia and Kazakhstan, including cooperation between the two countries within the framework of the EAEU and the CSTO. It was noted that Russian-Kazakh relations are developing successfully and have great potential and prospects.
